| In
Korea our culture has very specific ideas about the "way"
we engage life, business, school, society, marriage, family,
and community. God's "ways" are different than
our "ways". The Word of God tells us God's ways
are higher than our own ways.
The
Word of God tells us to have compassion, kindness, humility,
gentleness, and patience accepting and forgiving one another.
Col. 3:12
Wherever
you are and whatever you do in Korea, the Creator of all
things sees you, loves you, and desires a personal relationship
with you. The Word of God describes for us how God has made
all things. The Word of God describes the sufferings, afflictions
and disappointment of a broken fellowship between God and
man over the course of history. The Word of God provides
the story of Jesus Christ as the embodiment of a loving
God ransoming His people. Through the life and resurrection
of Jesus Christ, God provides a singular vehicle for reconciling
our transgressions, fears, sorrows, doubts, and troubles.
God has made a way for you.
For
from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.
Romans11:36
I am
the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the
Father except through me.
John 14:6
God
so loved the world that He gave his only son Jesus Christ
so that all that believe in Him shall not perish but have
eternal life.
John 3:16.
You
see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless,
Christ died for the ungodly. God demonstrates his own love
for us in this: While we are still sinners, Christ died
for us.
Romans 5:6-8
Thus
says the Lord, Heaven is My throne, and the
earth is my footstool… But to this one I will look,
to him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles
at my word.
Isaiah 66:1
God
is love.
1 John 4:8
